Peachtree Creek, Georgia

The first five images use color shaded relief overlaid with features from topographic maps.  They include troop positions from Steven Davis map published in Blue & Gray Magazine’s History and Tour Guide of the Atlanta Campaign (Blue & Gray Magazine, 1996), pp. 198-199.

The second set of five images uses digital orthophoto quarter quadrangle aerial photography.  The first two of these images uses Dennis Kelly’s troop positions from the Civil War Sites Advisory Commission map of the battle of Peachtree Creek.  The last three use Steven Davis’ troop positions.
